FAIR Transparency is a project of the Foundation Against Intolerance &amp; Racism, a nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing civil rights and liberties, and promoting a common culture based on fairness, understanding, and humanity. By learning about how people are experiencing diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and programs, this project aims to move our institutions forward toward the <a href="https://www.fairforall.org/resources/glossary-of-terms/" target="_blank">pro-human</a> vision of Dr. Martin Luther King. &nbsp;
